Staff COVID-19 Safety Contracts. Upon being booked for an event, brand ambassadors agree to adhere to all health and safety policies related to the event or event campaign.
Pre-Event Municipal Check-In. One week before all events, Encore Nationwide contacts City Halls and Town Halls in all event cities to confirm we are in compliance with all COVID guidelines and confirm we are up to date on all state and local policies and procedures.
Pre-Shift Screening. 24 hours before an event, booked staff are contacted and screened—to ensure they are fever-free, symptom-free and have not been in contact with any COVID-positive people for 14 days.
14-Day Staff Follow-Up. Encore Nationwide contacts all staffers 1 day, 7 days and 14 days after the event ends to ensure they are fever- and symptom-free. If any brand ambassadors is not feeling well we will document and report the situation to our client. “
