The best way to get a position on a traveling tour is to work your way into it. Start by being an outstanding Promotional Model and that will open doors for you to do some Field Manager assignments. Once you have shown yourself to be an exceptional Field Manager the tour positions will find you.

How steady is a Tour Manager Position?
If you're lucky you can string together a few tours back to back and the work will be very steady. It's all about timing, start lining up other tours when the one you're on is ending. If you do that you have a good chance of making it a full-time job.
