Staffing Objective:

To hire and oversee 700(+) people to work a December 2003 Holiday Promotion that covered 155 mall locations nationwide. We were also charged with hiring seven (7) regional managers to assist in the management of the program.

Staffing Solution:

Utilizing our vast talent database, as well as the latest recruitment techniques, we were able to tap into each market and locate representatives for each mall location. We sourced out each individual staff member and coordinated all payroll.

Final Results:

Successful completion of program showed less than 2% no show rate on any day throughout the promotion. Each individual staff member that worked on the promotion was paid within two weeks.
