Staffing Objective:

To assemble teams of Event Marketing professionals in 4 major markets across the country for a 4-month product rollout of the new VW Phaeton. Each team consisted of two (2) managers and five (5) product specialists.

Staffing Solution:

Utilizing our talent database, we compiled a "pool" of seasoned marketing professionals in each market for our client to review. Once teams were assembled, Encore set up each employment package and provided payroll services for each staff member.

Final Results:

The program was a huge success for Arnold Worldwide and Volkswagen and was extended past the original end date to meet customer requests.
